Resort Booking Details

Room rates include 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and breakfast.
Free transfer from Thong Sala Pier to the Resort between 08:00 - 16:00 hrs. Please email / call for transfer request 1 day before arrival.
Transfer from the Resort to Thong Sala Pier is 80 Baht per person departing at 10:30. After 10:30 transfer fee is 400 Baht per trip.
All room rates INCLUDE BREAKFAST SET in Low & High Seasons and INCLUDE BREAKFAST BUFFET in Peak Season.
Breakfast is included for two people per bungalow and four people in the family room.
Baby cot available at 200 Baht per night.
25% deposit to confirm a reservation is required in the low and high season and 50% advance deposit is required in the peak season.
Safety deposit box is available at reception.

Resort Booking Restrictions

Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival date is at least 1 day before Full Moon date.
Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only.
New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 5 nights, and arrival date must be between the 27th - 30th December only.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Cancellation notice required of 48 hours notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 25% (low and high season) or 50% (peak season) of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Peak Season and Full Moon : Cancellation notice of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
4. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
5. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
